Reset password

Enter your account email and we'll send you a reset link.

Reset your Payora password securely

If you have lost access to your Payora dashboard, you can reset your password from this page. Enter the email address on your account and Payora sends a single-use reset link that stays valid for one hour. Opening the link lets you choose a new password and sign back in.

For your security, Payora does not reveal whether an email is registered, so you will always see the same confirmation after submitting. Reset links expire after one hour and can be used only once; requesting a new link invalidates any earlier one. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will still complete the 2FA step after signing in with your new password — keep your recovery codes handy.

Remembered your password? Return to sign in. Need a new account? Create one free.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers, including the uncomfortable ones: custody, fees and what happens when something goes wrong.

Help centre

How long is the password reset link valid?

One hour. The link is single-use — once you reset your password it stops working, and requesting a new link invalidates any previous one.

Why does it not tell me if my email exists?

To protect account privacy, Payora shows the same confirmation whether or not the address is registered. This prevents attackers from using the reset form to discover which emails have accounts.

I have 2FA enabled — will reset bypass it?

No. Resetting your password lets you sign in, but if two-factor authentication is enabled you still provide a 6-digit code (or a recovery code) to reach your dashboard.

What if I no longer have access to my email?

The reset link is sent to your account email, so keep it current. If you have lost access to that inbox, contact the operator of your Payora instance to recover the account through their own support process.

Does resetting my password log out other devices?

Yes. Changing your password invalidates other active sessions as a security measure, so any device that was previously signed in will need to sign in again with your new password.
