Balance & transfers

A real internal balance for every currency.

Payments credit an append-only ledger you can see in real time. Move funds instantly between Payora accounts, or withdraw to any external wallet.

one ledger

See and move your money

Internal ledger

Your balance is the sum of an append-only ledger — deposits, transfers, payouts and fees — auditable to the entry.

Instant transfers

Send any balance to another Payora account by email. Off-chain, instant, with a small transparent fee.

Withdraw anywhere

Request a withdrawal to any external wallet: 1.5% on Free (0.75% Pro, 0.5% Business) plus the coin's network fee, $50 minimum, sent from offline keys within up to 10 business days.

Always reconciled

Holds, releases and fees are idempotent and serialized per account — no double-spends, ever.

Transfer or withdraw

Two ways to move money. Compare them.

Both are priced by your plan. A withdrawal also pays the network fee of the coin it sends, because it goes on-chain; a transfer never leaves the ledger.

Withdrawals

What happens after you press Withdraw.

  1. 01

    Request

Enter an external address and an amount from $50. The form shows the plan fee and the network fee before you confirm.

  2. 02

    Hold

The amount plus fee is held against your balance immediately, so it cannot be spent twice.

  3. 03

    Review & send

The operator reviews the request and sends it from offline keys within up to 10 business days.

  4. 04

    Recorded

The transaction hash is recorded. A pending withdrawal can be cancelled to release the hold.

Custody, stated plainly

What your balance is, and what it is not.

Is the balance the same as a bank deposit?

No. The balance reflects crypto funds held and controlled by the operator, not an insured deposit. It is a real-time accounting view of value you can transfer at any time or withdraw once it reaches the $50 minimum.

Help centre

What is the Payora internal balance?

Every payment you accept credits an append-only ledger, and your balance for each currency is the exact sum of that ledger — deposits, transfers, payouts and fees. Because it is append-only and idempotent, the balance is auditable to the individual entry and can only increase when funds actually arrive on-chain.

Can I move funds between Payora accounts?

Yes. Instant internal transfers send any balance to another Payora account by email address. They are off-chain, settle immediately, and carry a small, transparent, configurable fee — useful for moving funds between your own stores or paying another account without a blockchain transaction.

How do I withdraw to an external wallet?

Request a withdrawal to any external address from your dashboard. The minimum withdrawal is the equivalent of $50. The fee is 1.5% of the amount on Free (0.75% on Pro, 0.5% on Business) plus the network fee of that coin, and the form shows both before you confirm. The amount plus fee is held against your balance immediately, the operator reviews the request and sends it from offline keys within up to 10 business days, and the transaction hash is recorded. Pending withdrawals can be cancelled to release the hold.

Can my balance ever go negative or double-spend?

No. Holds, releases and fees are idempotent and serialized per account under a balance lock, so two concurrent operations can never over-spend the same funds. Pay-link commissions are netted at read time, so the spendable figure is always accurate.

Is the balance the same as a bank deposit?

No. The balance reflects crypto funds held and controlled by the operator, not an insured deposit. It is a real-time accounting view of value you can transfer at any time or withdraw once it reaches the $50 minimum.
