1. The service

Payora is a crypto payment gateway. It lets merchants accept cryptocurrency payments, hold an internal balance with the Operator, and request withdrawals and payouts. The Operator is responsible for the operation, security and legal compliance of this instance.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials and API keys secret. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Custody & funds

Funds you accept settle to wallets controlled by the Operator and are tracked as an internal balance. Withdrawals and payouts are reviewed and sent by the Operator from offline keys; withdrawal requests are processed within up to 10 business days. Balances are not insured deposits.

4. Fees

Accepting payments is free of platform fees. A configurable platform fee applies to payouts, internal transfers and withdrawals — 1.5% on Free, 0.75% on Pro, 0.5% on Business at the time of writing. A payout or withdrawal also carries the network fee of the coin being sent, which the Operator passes on at cost. The minimum withdrawal is the equivalent of $50. All fees are disclosed before you confirm.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctioned transactions, or any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

6. Crypto risk

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and prices are volatile. You are responsible for correct addresses and any required destination tag/memo. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from your errors, network conditions, or third-party services.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
