estimate

What would you pay?

Estimated monthly cost per plan: the move fee on everything you pay out, transfer or withdraw, plus the subscription. On top of it, anything that really moves on-chain also costs that coin's network fee — cents on Tron or TON, more on Bitcoin at a busy hour. Pay-link, donation and tip receipts carry their own commission (5% Free, 4% Pro, 3% Business). Accepting an ordinary invoice stays 0% everywhere.

Billing

How plans are billed

Billed in crypto

Plans are billed in crypto and can be changed any time. An unpaid renewal simply drops you back to Free; it never locks your funds and never stops you accepting payments.

Withdrawals

A withdrawal to your own wallet costs the same as a payout — 1.5% on Free, 0.75% on Pro, 0.5% on Business — plus the network fee of the coin you are withdrawing, because that transaction really is sent on-chain. The minimum withdrawal is $50 and requests are processed within up to 10 business days.

Pay-link receipts

Pay-link receipts — donations, tips and payment links — carry a platform commission of 5% on Free, 4% on Pro and 3% on Business. It is netted off your balance when the payment settles, and does not apply to ordinary invoice payments.

How much does Payora cost?

Accepting crypto on an invoice is 0% on every plan — Free included. You only ever pay the on-chain network fee on incoming payments. Donations, tips and payment links are the exception: those receipts carry a platform commission of 5% on Free, 4% on Pro and 3% on Business. Plans differ on the fee for moving money out — payouts, internal transfers and withdrawals alike: 1.5% Free, 0.75% Pro, 0.5% Business, and on a payout or a withdrawal the coin's network fee on top — and on premium features: the Mass Payout API on Pro, and direct settlement to your own keys on Business. A payout or withdrawal also carries the network fee of the coin being sent, and the minimum withdrawal is $50.

What is the difference between the plans?

Free is one store with everything you need to accept crypto — checkout, invoices, payment links, donations, the REST API, webhooks and manual mass payouts — at 0% to accept and 1.5% to move money out, plus the network fee of the coin on a payout or a withdrawal. Pro ($149/mo) gives three stores, halves the move fee to 0.75% and unlocks the Mass Payout API. Business ($299/mo) is the one where Payora stops holding your money at all: receive addresses are derived from your own keys and payments land straight on your wallets. It includes five stores, and you can add more at $69 per store per month.

Do I have to pay to accept payments?

No. Accepting is free on every tier, forever. You can run a real business on the Free plan and only pay when money leaves: 1.5% on a payout, a transfer or a withdrawal, plus the network fee on whatever really goes on-chain. Upgrade only if you want a lower move fee (0.75% on Pro, 0.5% on Business) or the paid features.

How are plans billed, and what if I do not renew?

Plans are billed in crypto for a period. If a paid period lapses without renewal, your account gracefully returns to the Free plan — you keep all your funds and can still accept payments and withdraw; only the paid extras (like the payout API) switch off until you renew.

Who sets these fees?

The operator of this instance. The base rate for each operation is set centrally and the per-plan rates are discounts off that base; an individual rate can also be set for one merchant or one coin. The network fee added to payouts and withdrawals is not a platform fee at all — it is what the blockchain itself charges to move that coin, tracked per coin and updated automatically. The $50 minimum withdrawal does not depend on the plan.
