Why accept XRP with Payora

Add XRP checkout to any site and take payments on the XRP Ledger network without card acquiring and without chargebacks. At Payora payments arrive on one funded account with a per-invoice destination tag or memo, so every payment is attributable. The server never broadcasts a transfer on its own — the operator does that.

How to accept XRP in 3 steps

    Create a merchant account

    Register at payora.money and get your API key + secret. Point Payora at your own XRP public key (xPub / account) so it can derive receive addresses — the private key stays offline.

  2. 02

    Add the checkout

    Install a ready CMS module (WooCommerce, OpenCart, PrestaShop, Magento, WHMCS and 17 more) or call POST /v1/invoice and redirect the buyer to the hosted checkout.

    Verify the webhook

    When the XRP payment is final, Payora POSTs a signed invoice.paid webhook. Verify the HMAC signature, then release the order — idempotently.

Who holds the XRP I accept?

Payora does. Receive addresses are derived from a platform key, the payment is credited to your balance, and you withdraw it to your own wallet — 1.5% plus the network fee on the Free plan, a $50 minimum, up to 10 business days. Payouts are signed by a person from keys kept offline — that is why it takes days, not minutes; meanwhile the balance is yours and visible in the dashboard.

What does it cost to accept XRP?
