1. Who sets these rules
This instance, payora.money, is run by Payora ("the Operator"), and the Operator sets and enforces this policy on it. The Operator may add stricter rules, and will publish them here.
2. Prohibited activity
You may not use the service for, or in connection with, any of the following.
2.1 Crime and financial crime
Unlawful activity of any kind. Fraud or deception. Money laundering or terrorist financing. Transactions with sanctioned parties, or from or to sanctioned jurisdictions. Mixing, tumbling or other services whose purpose is to obscure the origin of funds.
2.2 Harm and abuse
Ransomware, extortion or blackmail payments. Malware, botnets or phishing. Child sexual abuse material. Trafficking of any kind.
2.3 Stolen value
Stolen data, stolen credentials, carding, or the sale of accounts and payment instruments you do not own. Funds you know or suspect are the proceeds of crime.
2.4 Regulated and restricted offerings
Unlicensed gambling. Securities offerings where you are not permitted to make them. Any regulated activity you are not licensed for in the places you operate.
2.5 Other people's rights
Infringement of copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property.
2.6 The service itself
Attempts to attack, overload, probe or degrade the instance. Circumventing rate limits, authentication or signature checks. Sharing or reselling API credentials so that others act under your account.
3. Enforcement
Where the Operator believes this policy has been broken, they may suspend your account, refuse or hold payouts pending investigation, and report the matter where they are legally required to. Because on-chain transactions are irreversible, enforcement acts on what has not yet left the instance, not on payments already settled.
4. Reporting abuse
If you believe an account on this instance is breaking this policy, contact the Operator at support@payora.money.
5. Changes
The Operator may update this policy. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
